Giving your product a face that sells. Professional logo design, brand color palette,
typography, FDA/FSSAI compliant label design, packaging (box/carton styling), and high-retention

A. Growth Team Retainer (Salary Model)
₹75,000 / Month — We deploy our core team (Priyam, Yashank, Purvi) to manage
your business operations. This covers execution of Pillars 2, 3, 4, and 5 (Branding, HR
Management, Marketing Strategy, Business Ops). We act as your internal management team.
B. Technical One-Time Costs (Web Development)
₹8,000 (One-time fee) — Standard Website Package includes up to 5 fully
designed pages. Additional pages at ₹750 per page if required. This is separate from the monthly
retainer.
C. Partnership Options
For select high-potential startups, GROPTIMA is open to a Revenue Share or Equity
Model instead of full retainers. Contact the team for a customized equity proposal.
The 4-Pillar Rule: To guarantee results, clients must subscribe to a minimum of 4 Pillars. We believe holistic growth is impossible if we only manage one aspect.
Operational Expenses: All third-party costs (Hosting, Ad Budgets, Employee Salaries hired for the client, Printing) are paid directly by the client.
Payment Terms:
• Web Development: 50% Advance, 50% on Launch
• Monthly Retainer: Payable by the 5th of every month
